They include helpful hints and facts that we have learnt over our 30 years experience teaching barista skills throughout New Zealand. The main aspects of producing a cafe quality espresso, filter and plunger coffee are covered in detail. The material has helpful checklists and troubleshooting information.
The level 3 learning material work book is a great resource for using in your home. This will be useful even if you don’t want to complete the theory and practical assessments. This resource will show you all of the skills and techniques you will need to produce cafe quality espresso beverages. It covers in detail grinding, tamping, extracting the shot and milk texturing. All of the processes are covered by a sequence of coloured photos.
All our learning material books contain full colour photographs of all the stages of producing quality coffee beverages. They also have a full cafe espresso menu with the industry recipes as used in cafes.
